Hi, I'm Kim — founder of Insight Assist, clinic director, and wife of an optometrist-owner. I've been serving the optometry industry since 2019, helping our two-location practice navigate the unique challenges of running a clinic at the intersection of healthcare and retail. Through that journey — and some unexpected personal challenges — I saw how overwhelming the administrative burden and team dynamics can become.
