The Workplace Personality Workshop is intended for business, educational, and team development purposes. By using this tool, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and for its intended purpose.

This tool is not a substitute for professional HR, legal, psychological, or clinical advice. It is designed to support team communication and culture — not to replace expert guidance where that guidance is warranted.

You must be at least 18 years old and be using this tool on behalf of an organization or professional team to use it.

2. No Guarantees

We believe deeply in this tool and have built it based on real clinic experience. That said, results will vary depending on how the workshop is facilitated, your team's engagement, and the unique dynamics of your organization.

Insight Assist makes no guarantees about specific outcomes — including improvements in team communication, productivity, morale, or patient care — resulting from the use of this tool.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insight Assist is not liable for any outcomes, decisions, actions, damages, or consequences — direct or indirect — arising from your use of this tool or the materials generated by it.

This includes, but is not limited to, HR decisions, staffing changes, communication breakdowns, or any other business outcome that may occur in connection with your use of the Workplace Personality Workshop.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the materials generated by this tool. This includes how you facilitate the workshop, how you share materials with your team, and any decisions you make based on the outputs.

Please do not input sensitive or protected health information (PHI) into this tool. It is not designed to handle patient data and is not HIPAA-compliant. Do not enter patient names, diagnoses, records, or any other clinical data.

You agree to use the tool in a respectful and professional manner and not to use it in any way that could harm individuals or misrepresent their personality types or communication styles.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, materials, frameworks, and design within the Workplace Personality Workshop are the intellectual property of Insight Assist.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials you generate with this tool within your own organization for internal team development purposes. This means:

• You may print, share, and use the generated slides and guides with your team.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit these materials.
• You may not reproduce or publish the underlying frameworks or tool content outside your organization without written permission from Insight Assist.

6. Payments

If a paid version of this tool becomes available, all purchases will be considered final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Any payment processing will be handled through a secure third-party payment provider. Insight Assist does not store your payment card details.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we'll make reasonable efforts to let you know.

Continued use of the Workplace Personality Workshop after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
