We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information directly (see Third-Party Services below).
Any information you provide is used solely to generate your workshop materials — your slide deck, facilitator guide, and personality map. We use this data to make the tool work for you.
We may also use anonymized, aggregated data to understand how the tool is being used and to improve the experience over time. This data is never tied back to you individually.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Full stop.
Some data may be stored temporarily to support your session or improve your experience with the tool. Workshop files are generated locally in your browser — meaning they are not uploaded to our servers unless specifically noted.
We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with any legal obligations.
This tool is designed for team development purposes. Please do not enter any sensitive patient health information, including names, medical records, diagnoses, or any protected health information (PHI), into this tool.
The Workplace Personality Workshop is not a HIPAA-compliant platform and is not intended to store, transmit, or process patient data in any form.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide. However, no digital tool can guarantee absolute security. By using this tool, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.
We encourage you to avoid entering sensitive or confidential business information beyond what is needed to generate your workshop.

Where payments are handled, they are processed through secure third-party payment providers — we do not store your card details.

You can use the workshop tool without providing personal details beyond what the generator requires. If you'd like to request deletion of any information you've provided, please reach out to us directly.
